  1. These files came from several places:  from my work, from 
  2. books, from playing around.  Most of the forms have hints and 
  3. such right in the document.  Try them and see which are usefull 
  4. to you.

  6. BTW for 2COLUMN.CDK I used Mirthful School and School italic as 
  7. well as my own Counter fonts.  You may subititute any font for 
  8. these, I recommend a nice serif font for School, an italic 
  9. serif font (hopefully an italic version of the font you used as 
  10. the serif fornt), and an Art Deco font for Counter.

  12. On REPORT.CDK I used Dingbats, available here on GEnie, by Bob 
  13. Wenham.

  15. These forms were going to be part of a package, but I don't 
  16. have the time to continue producing anymore and decided to put 
  17. these up available for your use.

  19. In the spirit of the freeware/tradeware available here for 
  20. Calamus, if you use or find usefull these files, then make a 
  21. contribution of your own.  It doesn't matter how small, any 
  22. contribution keeps the Calamus freeware/tradeware spirit alive 
  23. on GEnie.
